1. Two Medical Model Day Care Programs/ one is Multicultural, and one is seperate for Chinese speaking clients- also provide a seperate dementia section- will take pending medicaid; 2. Home Health Care- LTHHCP- will assist with medicaid applications; 3. Hospice/Bereavement Programs; 4. Alzheimer's Social Day Care(GRANAT CENTER)Respite Care/Support Groups available for families members; 5. Alzheimers Medical Reasearch Study-(ICARA); 6. New Program: Willing Hearts Helpful Hands- A volunteer circle helping caregiver families in the community's; 7. Nursing Home & Sub-Acute Rehab Center.
